5'7", 203 lbs., goal weight of 160. Using Zumba on the Wii, and I also go to Cardinal Fitness 4-5X/week to do strength training 3X and cardio the other days... Let's see if this works!
I'm tweeking my diet. Making better choices, stopping eating when I am full, but not denying myself... or it'll never stay off (the weight, I mean). I am also trying out Alli pills.
