I live in South Texas. I like to eat but that got me in trouble so now it's time for me to change my eating habits, my lifestyle, and my thinking. I just turned 33 years-old last week; I'm married, I have a son that's two, I have a graduate degree, I work full-time, and I love to read. Alright this is just the basis of what I "recently" found out what works for me: I have to lose 100lbs but in order for me to reach that goal I have to break the whole thing down into two's.
I just figured this out because when I have a huge number like 100lbs to lose I get discouraged because it seems like I'm never going to get there, but if I only have two little pounds to loose each week it's seems doable in my brain. I know I'm weird.
