I live in South Texas. I like to eat but that got me in trouble so now it's time for me to change my eating habits, my lifestyle, and my thinking. I'm 32 years-old, married, I have a son that's about to turn two, I have a graduate degree, I work full-time, and I love to read romance/fiction/mystery/fantas... sometimes horror novels. Alright this is just the basis of what I "recently" found out what works for me: I have to lose 100lbs but in order for me to reach that goal I have to break the whole thing down into two's.
11-29-2014 to 12-06: 221 to 219 achieved
12-07-2014 to 12-13: 219 to 217 achieved
12-14-2014 to 12-20: 217 to 215 achieved
Six pound weight loss was achieved in one week! Yay!
So I have to keep doing that until I reach my 100 pound weight loss goal. It's going to take some time but there are no shortcuts to physical fitness obviously.
