I live in South Texas and love my tacos! I had began keto, but I keep falling off that wagon. So I've decided to try to keep my carbs low while doing a calorie count. Anyway I'm a mental health professional and currently walk with the special needs population. I'm basically a paper pusher, a case consultant and an educational trainer so most of my time is spent at my desk. I'm not active, which is not like any of my other positions where I was always on the go or on my feet.
I've just recently been placed on blood pressure meds which has me muttering and griping, but what can I do --- Go to the gym! I got myself into this mess now I have to get myself out. So hello again!
