Hi I'm Irish 47 married. I used to play some sport but injury sidelined that and after I stopped running I put on quite a bit of weight. 17 stone just before chrismass. Copped myself on and started this on the 28th I think. No real diet just staying within the RDI. So far so good. Target is to get to 13 or 14 stone and level off somewere between the two. lost 9 pounds in my first 8 days that was a shock. Had some headaches and a bit moody but not really starving or anything. Big change was I cut out budwiser and change to vodka & diet coke. Hopefully my weight loss will settle down to a pound or two a week and my mood will settle as well.
