As of Sept. 1st, I have started my new training regimen. I planned on gaining a few pounds with my calorie increase to slightly bulk while I add weight training back into my workouts.

I have yet to weigh in but I scared. been very weak with my cravings since my last race. not sure why but I am ready to get things back on track. I guess I have been testing different foods and getting my own research done for when I go to see my digestive health doctor on September 19th. I must have hope they will be able to help.

Since Saturday evening my diet has been in the can. I know I have been weak but things are about to change very soon. Finding my motivation. It is time now for me to get back in to weight training.
