performance: gaining 1.5 lb a week
I'm 40 years old. This is the second time I've gone on the Atkins diet. The first time I lost about 40 pounds over a six month period. That was A year and a half ago. I driffted away from the diet and put all the weight back on. I started eating tons of breads and pasta dishes (my weakness).
Hopefully this time I will be able to change the way I eat for the rest of my life.
