today i went and ate at rasing canes today. but i didnt eat all my food. i at one toast and one piece of chicken. im proud of myself because usualy i would have ate it all. But thats all i ate today so hopefuly it wont affect my weight i lost on the diet.

I FEEL AWESOME!!!!! I did 40 crunches, 40 push-up, 40 leg lifts *on each leg* 40 jumping jacks. And ran around a shop 20 times. hopefuly itll pay off :)
