I am a disabled. wife with 1 son. In the past 4 years I have had several health issues and surgeries. It all began with the h1n1 flu virus, turning into pericarditis which damaged my lungs (restrictive lung disease) and cardiac liver cirrhosis due to the pericardium being too thick and not allowing blood to the heart and back washing to the liver. It took 2 1/2 yrs for Dr's to figure out what was wrong with me. Ending with a radical pericardectomy (total removal of pericardium) via open heart surgery. I am still having health struggles, 1 being not losing weight, diabetes it goes on. I am hoping this site along with professional individuals are able to help. I do pulmonary rehab wh u check was 3 x a wk now 2x a week since graduating. Prior to my m sickness it was al9t eas I error to lose weight. I'm r a king in 900 calories a day with exercise and can't lose.

Frustrated
Thank you Tom. MY week has been screwed up this week. Sleep study, change in my pulmonary exercise program from afternoon to morning. Due to illness it's difficult to get up with enough time for breakfast any tips for something on the go?

Frustrated
I am new here. Needing help... I have diabetes and other health issues. Had a radical pericardectommy in 2014. DAMAGED liver from cardiac liver cirrhosis, da,aged lungs. Dr's. Are continuously after me about weight, I'm doing all they want me to, but weight is not coming to off.

In need of recipes, encouragement, and ideas. I am trying to do keto diet with very few carbs.
