Calorie Breakdown help
I just joined this recently as well and noticed how to do this, you need to go to enter food (only on the website can you do this by the way), then edit preferences. Scroll down to the bottom and you can suggest up to 6 things to keep track of on a daily basis, its originally selected with 4 (kcal, protein, fat, and carbs). I personally chose sodium and dietary fiber as my other 2, but you can pick others like cholesterol and such if you wish. And it will backlog what you've put in on previous days, it did for me at least.

Calorie Counting
Are these different crazy diets really necessary? I've always thuoght that if you kept yourself balanced, drank plenty of water, and took in extra dietary fiber while possibly keeping fat intake a little low you would lose weight so long as your calories eaten were lower then calories burned. I ask because i may be wrong, I never was overweight before but the last year i have been working at a desk position and put on a bunch of weight, so i would like to lose it properly just want to know if this approach is sufficient or if some of these diet trends are actually effective.
