I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but it's hard not too when your working so hard to make sure you get it right this time.
I didn't take my diet too seriously on superbowl Sunday and over did it a bit (My old self would have done so much worse, but I did eat a little bit of everything). So come Tuesday morning I was freaking out when I had gained almost everything back. But Thank goodness it was just water weight/bloating from all the crazy foods. I am still on track and losing. Whew! That was a close call. I am happy to say I learned a lesson from that experience.
I do not have a Gym membership, and I do not stress about the workouts just yet. With three kids (two under 2 years old), I have enough on my plate to overstress about working out. I will squeeze in little bits here and there (squats, jumping jacks, crunches, etc) when I can. But I really just try and focus on my diet right now.
But the other day I took a few moments to go for a jog, and it was wonderful!!! I loved it. I will have to slowly work that into my days. It being so cold with ice, snow and wind around here it's hard to get out anyways. Come on spring!

I am on my way. I started January 10th and today, 23 days later I am down 9 pounds. I would LOVE to be a biggest loser contestant and pull bigger numbers, but i know slow and steady win the race. I promised myself once i get back into the hundreds i could get a mani/pedi....i cant wait! Its been far too long. Its becoming easier to stop eating the carbs and sugars. What used to be my main ingredients are now my extra splurge here and there. I bought a pedometer which helps me stay on track for my exercise goals. Yay to moving forward!

I began this next phase on january 10th 2014. This date has no special meaning, just the date that the motivation finally kicked in. I now have three kids. One is 7, one is almost 2, and the baby is only 7 months. This was the highest weight i have ever held. I am lacking energy, have knee and back issues and started suffering from depression during my last pregnancy. With all this i have three types of medication im taking. My goal is to become healthy at whatever weight so i can stop the meds and go back to the best possible me. My husband and my kids deserve that, but mot importantly, I deserve it. Onward James!
