Well, with a tip from a family member I tried a video on YouTube called Fitness Blender. They have several options to choose from. Today I did the 25 minute cardio, abs, and butt video. My thought was, its only 25 minutes, I can the simple video in while the kids nap. While the time of the video was short, the exercises were anything but simple. I have never had such a thorough workout in such little time. So now,I sign off completely and utterly exhausted. Hope everyone has a great day.

This has been a good week. I have exercised every chance i can. With a full time job and three kids, its not easy, but so far, so good!

I gave up trying to "diet" and just started exercising which in tern made me want to eat better. With strength from above, I pray the strength and will to continue will stay with me. I only started exercising August 1st.

I have been a little all over the place this week. I have a terrible cold that has been keeping me up at night and drained of all energy. Because of this I haven't really worked out and my diet has included more coffee, and hot tea than I would normally drink. The constant snow and rain is not helping in any way. But I know the more we get now, the more I will appreciate the spring when it finally makes it way to us. Darn groundhog.
So for now, I will stick with the very small steps in fitness until my cold it gone. To everyone going through this storm...stays safe out there. To all my friends in the dry states...be so very Thankful!!! :)
