I am very blessed with the life that I have been given. I have a wonderful family, children, husband and career. I have been a middle school teacher for 7 years. We have moved around and now that my husband joined the military, we were moved all the way to Alaska. While I love my life, I have always had a weight problem. My weight changes constantly and I gain it quickly if I am not careful. When I started this whole thing, I was 255 lbs then my husband deployed to Afghanistan. Running around with two kids became exhausting so I started eating better and working out more. By the time my husband came home, I was down to 200 lbs. Since he has been home, I gained 11 lbs. I am only 24 lbs from my goal and I am going to get there. This is the thinnest I have been since as far as I can remember. I love being active. Working out to zumba or step aerobics are my favorite. I am much more motivated when I go to a fitness class. I only get to go 2 days a week so I work out the other days at home (I work up to 5 times a week). I am really looking forward to reaching this goal!
