Guidelines:
It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you're doing something. So find whatever it is you like to do, and do it! A little bit of exercise through out the day can make a biiiig difference in the amonut of calories you burn.

Pullin' Out the Sweet Tooth

Guidelines:
One of my biggest problems is my love for desert. In fact, there's a turtle pie in the fridge calling out my name.... But sometimes it is best to fight the urge and yank that sweet tooth out. At nearly 400kcal a slice, I know this is one of those times. So pull it together guys and cut back on the sweets. Substituting with fruit is always a good idea.

Guidelines:
Cardio is good for burning fat, and toning is good for sculpting that hot bod of yours that's been hiding underneath! So look for some good toning workouts, I recommend Google and Pinterest :)
