1000 calories
Hi Lisa,
I have been going on the <1000 calories per day most days. I have lost over 15kgs! Bascially I follow no diet plan as such, just breakfast and lunch I eat light soemtimes I will have Optislim shakes as I like to eat a good dinner. For snacks I have apples, healthy muslea bars or a quick salad.

Testosterone
Hi,
Has anyone been taking tesosterone encouraging vitamins (eg Xtest, Testorod etc.) do they actaully work in promoting less water retention? Anyone with any experience using these supplements or similar please let me know.

One night of sin
I have done this. It put me weight back 2-3 days. But still as long as I get back on track, not something to be done all the time thats for sure.
