Had a good weekend..Ate healthy and work out all weekend..1450 calories on treadmi...did some upper body and some ab workout..

Jan 8...50 mins on treadmill..5 mins on ab lounge..10 minute trainer...total body work out for 10 mins..
January 9 ..did 20 mins on treadmill this morning...
5 Mins on ab lounge and 5 mins upper body

Jan 7--had first work out for 40 mins..22 mins. on treadmill(burned 238 cal.)
did the 10 minute trainer DVD..(focused on lower body)...did 8 mins ab workout
