performance: losing 0.9 lb a week
I am 67, and am serious about losing it all this time around. So many attempts, so many failures. I haven't kept up the weight loss entries, but I was 256 in June of last year, 2016, again. But I have been on a steady 6-9 pounds a month off since then. I am thrilled to have broken the 200 marker in the last week, that has happened just twice in the past 35 years. But I think we might have some advantages now with our age - no workplace or family stresses, the time is our own. I need to focus on me now, or there won't be a me to focus on!!
I am new to online support, don't know much about how it works, but I want to learn, and I am grateful to be in this group, and for those who have sent me messages of support.
