today I had way to many carbs but being sick still I needed comfort food in small amounts and proteins just required to much effort. hope I feel more like "me" tomorrow. one week of being sick stinks

sick since Friday. Nausea, short of breath, bowel issues--had a flu shot don't think it is flu since ears hurt and sinuses are full kind of messes with food intake which in turn makes my sugars off. Just want to feel better, going to the doctor in the morning.

Funeral for Lois, my sister-in-law, was today. It was a day for family to get together and celebrate her life. She was not only my sister-in-law but my best friend. we would talk to each other for hours, or play cards, or just sit on the porch in the summer and enjoy the sun. I am going to miss her so much.

kept busy today. cleaned out the shed. lifted many heavy totes. cleaned the craft room and moved the furniture all around. swept the floors.
Tomorrow we will be at the funeral home all day and Monday is the funeral.
my weight is holding trying hard jump start the weight loss again. adding fruits has helped some of my medical issues that are holding my weight. My blood sugars have been spot on.
