kept busy today. cleaned out the shed. lifted many heavy totes. cleaned the craft room and moved the furniture all around. swept the floors.
Tomorrow we will be at the funeral home all day and Monday is the funeral. my weight is holding trying hard jump start the weight loss again. adding fruits has helped some of my medical issues that are holding my weight. My blood sugars have been spot on.
