Every year it is typical goal to lose weight. It dawns on me that some of the weight I need to lose isn't always on my body, but in the form of uncaring, negative influnces in my life as I have discovered between Thanksgiving and now. The Lord replaces much of the heartache with His love.
Happy I worked out 30 mins. elliptical.

Getting out of feeling like a flop, basing my diet on the low carb concept but adjusting it to low carb/lower fat/high protein concept used to build muscle. I feel deprived. I could tear into a loaf of bread, and eat a pack of wheat crackers and I'm not even a bread eater.
