been trying to follow atkins phase 1, but slipped at some potlucks & a pizza buffet. The killer was the dessert pizza my kid were taunting me about! lol, still happy!

Felt really happy to enter a lesser weight this time, even though it is 5lb.'s less than when I started. I'm shocked because I ate some of my daughter's B-Day cake, it was so good! Getting over the guilt, but I see induction as along road till I get to phase2.
