Is it possible to eat too little for my body type
At one time I was on LA Weightloss I was told the biggest reason people don't succeed on diets is because they don't eat enough. Our bodies go into starvation mode and hold onto everything rather than processing it. Five to six small meals per day keeps the body burning energy. Go figure.
