I changed my life for the better on April 7, 2015 after eating candy for lunch. I decided at 180 pounds that I was ready to be a better me, I had to get a handle on my life before it got to out of control! I had never lost weight before, I had only ever slowly gained weight. I had done things to try to loose weight but it never lasted more then a week. This time I can feel a difference, my mind is ready for change! I want to be a healthy woman, I want to be happy in my own skin, I want my kids to look up to me and be able to live a healthy lifestyle with me, I want to learn to do a headstand and the the splits, I want to have lots of energy, I want to run with my mom, and everyday I know I'm one step closer to making it happen!
