I just spent the weekend in Disneyland! I finished my goal of eating a no added sugar, grain free, and dairy free diet for 30 days so I took the weekend off and enjoyed some yummy Disney treats. I am starting another 30 day goal... today is day one! I'm happy to be back on it, and I am excited to keep seeing change in my body! But can I just say that the chocolate covered strawberries I had for Mothers Day were amazing! Also to top off a wonderful weekend I got to see my mom and aunt run a half marathon, they have inspired to start a couch to 5k program!
