Born in 1947, never really had to watch my weight. Even at 50 years old, was slim. I am now 64 and still pretty fit. Work out a couple of times a week. 5'8" and 32" waist, but a little soft around the middle and do carry extra weight (hard for me to say "fat")pretty evenly throughout the body. Body seems to want to stay at 160 + / - brain wants to be 155 nakkie
