30 year old husband and father of 2 beautiful daughters. I'm 5'11" and at my heaviest, I weighed 250lbs. With a steady dose of diet improvements and exercise, I dropped all the way down to about 180lbs. Recently, I fell off the wagon a bit and have climbed back up to 209lbs. My goal is to get at least back down to 185lbs. by the end of 2009 and to sustain a weight in the 180's through the holiday season and beyond!

My biggest weakness is beer (which is heavenly) and the greasy food I inevitably consume while drinking beer and watching sporting events. I have no plans to cut out beer completely in this current diet phase (I don't believe in diet by deprivation). However, I do plan to consume less alcohol and to be better about watching what I'm eating - especially when drinking.
