You might not be eating enough. Don't go below 1400 calories - especially if you are taller than 5'3". And, do - record what you eat on fatsecret. It is SO easy. The other thing --> truly MEASURE your food to be sure your portion size is correct, if you are eating the right things and not too little calories (your metabolism goes into starvation mode). Also, you could try the eating plan I am on. It's called "Great Taste No Pain" for acid reflux and IBS sufferers. I have lost 50 pounds and it has melted off. Oh, and just have one biscotti a day and make it a big deal, and don't eat another one until tomorrow. AND, read the fat/calories and KEEP TRACK (that's the secret). Good luck!!!

Starting today for this year. Last year Jan-June 40 pounds worth of success. Will be going Med Feb to Mid Aug. Goal 60 more. Weight tomorrow morning.
