The Last time I was here it was in Feb and I must say that it has been a ruff year of emotional eating. I can't begin to count the number of times I started eating right and the next I find myself in front of the fridge pulling out another soda pop or looking for another brownie.
The year ended and I'm still an emotional mess, but I can't keep doing this to myself. I have promised myself nothing is bad as the next brownie I grab!

It has been a very long week in my house hold. My dog ate my shoes then the next day he threw up twice in my car, my balance ball got to close to the floor board heater and now it's a pancake, I came down with the flu and my daughter now has strep throat.
No real weight loss again this week, I went to talk to the dietitian and she told me I was stalled out because I wasn't eating enough. I need to start adding more calories a day if I pick up the excercizes. I learned a lot and a friend and I are going to start working out together this coming week. I also found out my husbands company is willing to pay for the health club fees, I am so happy.
I am so excited about this next challenge, I am looking forward to starting a new week and maybe getting a few pounds down!
