Success with FatSecret
I've been using FatSecret for 6+ months now, and I have had major success with it. I journaled my entire process on

. I started the process at almost 245 lbs. By January 1st I was 233 lbs. I lost a total of 70 lbs, putting me under 175 for the first time since I was in college over 12 years ago.
Any diet doubters out there, read my story. I attribute the bulk of my success to this FatSecret site and the app. It is a godsend and I urge you to stick to it so you can hit your weight loss goals.
