Not to much to say here.
I used to weigh 135 when I found out I was pregnant with my son who is now going on 4. Then having my daughter 2 years later and deciding to be a stay at home mom I just kept putting on weight. So now at almost hitting 200 I decided enough was enough. So I started Atkins a week ago and going strong! Ready to get my self confidence back!
