does anyone have days where
they just cant be bothered with it all?

thats me today, i dont fancy anything to eat that i have in my kitchen, its not that i fancy junk, i just dont know what i want

exercise wise i just cant be bothered, im not enjoying it Sad

anyone else?

Best time to exercise?
i do it through out the day

i do my main workout (weights 3 days, fitness DVD 3 days) about 1-1.5 hours after waking, then i have something to eat straight after

during the day i might if i have the energy and/or am bored, i might go for a walk, do the wii fit/sports resort etc

This Birthday VS. Last Birthday
last birthday (which was last june) - 207lbs

this birthday (which was obviously this june lol) - 200lbs

where i am now - 188lbs

so i was 7lbs down from last bday to this but im 19lbs down from last year to now

Do you set interim goals?
ive set goals

goal 1) lost 9lbs by 25th september, 2 down, 7 to go

goal 2) get down to 12 stone by halloween, im 13 stone 6 so not doing THAT bad

i find setting myself a goal helps me stay motivated, if i dont set a goal of x lbs by y date i find i just keep saying to myself oh there no rush, go on you can have that pizza, those crisps, that junk food etc whereas if i set a goal i have something to work towards

but whatever works for you, if you find not setting goals works for you then cool

i use the wii fit too and the couple of things i hate

1) it sets me 2lbs less than my bathroom scales do, so what is my proper weight (im taking the biggest of the two atm)

2) i wish it would allow you to just have weekly weigh ins and body tests rather than hassling you to do it daily

Extremely Frustrated
why cant you just do a normal healthy eating + exercise regime, its not that hard to follow and much much better than a faddy diet like atkins
