So happy to be back! Started back yesterday and it feels good to be back in the groove!
I am working my own diet, pretty much based on South Beach premise. Although I don't restrict fruit as much, so it comes out to a calorie count too. Love my raw foods and whole foods, lots of fruits and vegs unlimited. Whole grains and protein good too, but in limited amounts. Avoiding the carbs and starches - except in some vegs. Allowing some good fats. Weighing everything, and recording it here again.
Fat Secret is such a great tool to help me along!
