Not even going to try to fill in yesterday! Had an amazing after-holiday party hosted by my employer, the food was amazing, the tequila was fun, and I did not diet for the evening at all. Oh well, back to it today!

Tummy is crazy grumbling today. I had an Elk burger for the first time last night. It was really good! If it truly is as low in fat as it says, it would be a wonderful choice on occasion. Otherwise, I am doing good. Hoping to go shopping at the grocery store to get some Fage yogurt... have been eating the Carbmaster, but want to go with more protein. We will see. Wishing myself good luck today!
