Well this year comes with a new challenge! I have committed to walking 60 miles in 3 Days benefiting Susan G Komen for the cure!
So being healthy is not just a choice it is a requirement! My mom is a two time Breast Cancer Survivor and is healthy in her 50's she is an inspiration for me. I will not let another year go by being unhappy with my body! THIS IS THE YEAR!
I work full time and in the past 6 months I have created a good workout routine for myself 4 days a week at our local gym. I have about 10 - 12 pounds that I am looking to lose (not sure yet on the weight since I will be gaining muscle as well.) I will know when I get there!
I appreciate the support that this web-site offers so I am back and journaling again! In order for me to see the results I am looking for I will be on Fat Flush program again.
