Well this year comes with a new challenge! I have committed to walking 60 miles in 3 Days benefiting Susan G Komen for the cure!

So being healthy is not just a choice it is a requirement! My mom is a two time Breast Cancer Survivor and is healthy in her 50's she is an inspiration for me. I will not let another year go by being unhappy with my body! THIS IS THE YEAR!

I work full time and in the past 6 months I have created a good workout routine for myself 4 days a week at our local gym. I have about 10 - 12 pounds that I am looking to lose (not sure yet on the weight since I will be gaining muscle as well.) I will know when I get there!

I appreciate the support that this web-site offers so I am back and journaling again! In order for me to see the results I am looking for I will be on Fat Flush program again.

Psyllium - Help
Okay ladies I do need some help with the Psyllium that we put into the LLC... I can not even get down two sips before I gag on the texture. I thought that I had read on ivillage that you can take Psyllium pills do you know if this is fact? If so how many do I take to compensate? I have 500mg capsules!

Working Out on Fat Flush Plan ~ Any advice?
Hello Fat Flush Team -

I have created a great work out habit for myself working out at the gym 4 times a week and I looking to add more days at home. I do hour long classes and have added weights within the past month or so. Any advise on how to incorporate the FF Plan while exercising regularly? I have done FF in the past with great success however not while exercising! I am afraid I will not have enough food intake to support my workouts.

Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

It is hard to get into the healthy swing. It takes inspiration, determination and vision which I get from this website. It is amazing to witness all the different people losing 10 pounds to 100 pounds and we all support each other. Keep yourself surrounded by likeminded people who want to see you achieve your goals and may have similar ones. Remind yourself that you deserve it and there is no better day than today!
