OMG... Last night was hard for me! First off I didn't have time to make my afternoon smoothie... BIG mistake. When I walked in the door from work I was starving. I wanted to pour myself a glas of wine like nobodys business... did I? NO! I took Dooleys advise and poured myself a nice glass of cran in a wine glass... relief

Then I had to wait for the chicken breast to defrost... this was the longest 20 minutes ever. I warned my husband that I was on edge and to just let me be... I did munch on some bell peppers however I really needed real food! My husband offered to start dinner so I ran upstairs and took a nice shower to ease my tension.... aw.. much better I came back down and dinner was done happy dance... Another good day 100%!!!

Leason learned... always make time for the smoothie!

Great start to the week! I got my vitamins on Friday from unikey and already took two sets and feel great! Last week I did pretty well however this week I am ready for 100%. I was still trying to wean myself off of coffee (I live in the NW Capital of Starbucks land... we drink coffee to substitute for the lack of sun :)

Went shopping this weekend and stocked up on the cran, veggies, flax oil and lemons. So far, I have had a great start to the day and feel great! Got to go to aerobics on Saturday and we are going again today... feels great to start getting strong again! I am actually starting to see some the muscle definition very excited! Keeping myself in the healthy zone for positive results! I see the vision and know I will get there!
