i takes 2 spoon of slim beauty juice every day to curb my appetite. i also control my portion intake besides doing an exercise using an elliptical trainer. not only that, i try my best to fast of taking sugar. i know that sugar is such an enemy to me. if i could get rid of it for weeks, i might as well get back to shape :)

I'm back on my vege diet - that is to eat broccoli & carrot first before anything else. I also cut my sugar intake. I substitute chocolates with multigrain bar which is less than 100kcal :) will keep on going with this diet till i hit my goal !
