I'm back on my vege diet - that is to eat broccoli & carrot first before anything else. I also cut my sugar intake. I substitute chocolates with multigrain bar which is less than 100kcal :) will keep on going with this diet till i hit my goal !
106.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
