Tired muscles
I stuck to the Atkins diet strictly for about three weeks and did lose some weight. However, I found it absolutely impossible to exercise. I found as soon as I exerted myself whether it be running or playing squash I very quickly became drained and had no energy. I have since swapped to a calorie counting diet using this website to journal everything I eat and all the exercise I do. The weight has started falling off and I feel absolutely great.

Good luck to you in your diet though, I appreciate that different things work for different people.
