Question about how this site works - I'm new today, and I'm trying to see if this site will also calculate WW points along with the "calories" and "fat" and "protein" categories. How does everyone do it, or does everyone look at each item individually and add them up separately? Thanks!

After years of different sports, I've realized that regular, good half an hour workouts are way better for my body than sporadic longer ones. If you only have a little time, just work on endurance - walking is great, but you'll feel even better if you keep at it and get to a walk/jog state, and your body will be better, too. Good luck walking!
