Healthy vegan trying to get healthier...
Thanks. I need to definitely increase my protein levels. I just haven't been successful in finding high protein vegan alternatives that aren't super processed. Maybe I should just suck it up and buy some of that crap.

Healthy vegan trying to get healthier...
I eat incredibly well, especially in comparison to most Americans. For breakfast, I usually have 3 cups of coffee and a whole grain bread product. Lunch is usually soup. Dinner is almost always steamed greens/vegetables and tofu.
I avoid overly processed vegan junk and junk in general.

I used to work out a lot but after a few months lacking in consistency I'm getting back into it.

I still have a hard time losing weight, How can I improve my effort even more?

It is annoying to be a relatively healthy human but still need to make changes for weight loss - GRRrrr genetics.
