OK all so I had a really bad week or so......Ummmm didnt have the right groceries...didnt care... couldnt help it... all excuses which are doing me no good. I sat down at the computer last night and made a 6 day detox menu. Only 6 days because well its somewhere to start again. I keep yoyoing with the same 5 pounds and enough is enough. I know I have said this before but I WILL DO THIS. I have a vacation and I want to be noticebly smaller when I see my mother in law. I want this for me. I will do this for me. And this is the last time I will have to redo this. I am gonna put a copy of my 6 day menu on here for suggestions on changes. I am a creature of habit so its kinda repetitive. I know that the jello and devils food cookies really arent allowed in detox but if I dont have something sweet I will never make it. I am giving up the soda this time around . Gonna stick to water and milk that is allowed. Thank you so much to all of you who still stick around my journal even though I am a frequent strayyer here lately. If the 6 day detox goes well im gonna add a few days but 6 just seemes realistic for me. So heres the menu.... any comments welcome.

Detox menu
Day 1:
Breakfast; Oatmeal, Apple, and Skim milk
Snack; Yogurt and banana
Lunch; Sweet potatos
Snack 2; Jello and fruit cup
Dinner; Brown rice w/veggies and soy sauce
Snack 3; bowl of frozen fruit w/splenda
Day 2:
Breakfast; egg whites, refried beans, and chile
Snack; Yogurt and banana
Lunch; Sweet Potatos
Snack; 2 devils food cookies
Dinner; Brown rice w/veggies and soy sauce
Snack; bowl of frozen fruit w/splenda
Day 3:
Breakfast; egg whites and refried beans
Snack; Yogurt and banana
Lunch; sweet potatos
Snack; oatmeal
Dinner; Brown rice w/veggies and soy sauce
Snack; 2 devils food cookies
Day 4:
Breakfast; oatmeal, banana, and skim milk
Snack; jello and fruit cup
Lunch; Sweet potatos
Snack; 1 egg white and refried beans
Dinner; Brown rice w/veggies and soy sauce
Snack; 2 devils food cookies
Day 5:
Breakfast; egg whites and refried beans w/skim milk
Snack; Yogurt and banana
Lunch; Sweet potatos
Snack; 2 devils food cookies
Dinner; Brown rice w/veggies and soy sauce
Snack; frozen fruit w/splenda
Day 6:
Breakfast; Oatmeal , banana, and skim milk
Snack; Jello fruit cup
Lunch; Sweet potatos
Snack; yogurt and banana

REPEAT WHEN DONE IF DESIRED!!!!!!! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!!!
