Had a bad few days. I was stressed over my mom not being there when I get married but I am past that and I am back on track. I feel very bloated. Put back on a couple pounds but am working on fixing that. I am doing a few days of phase 1 and getting in some workouts. It will be gone in a few days but it still stinks. I did go yesterday and buy the CUTEST shirt for the ceremony. Completely sleeveless and 30lbs ago you couldnt have paid me enough to wear it. I am soooooo excited. Have a smashing day all.

I have news to tell about. Me and my fiancee have decided to get married while we are in texas visiting his family. We are gonna do a little small ceremony at my mother in laws house and I am so excited. I cant wait. I am excited, nervous, and happy all at the same time. I will post a pic when I get back of me and the lucky groom. Have a good evening all.

OK so I am not sure what I am doing but its working. I have not been to the track in 2 days and havent been eating on plan but definately havent been over eating and I am still losing weight. Its like theres a yard sale in my body and were just GIVING away the fat daily lol. I have lost another 1.4lbs since yesterday WOW. The only way I can explain this is that I hit the same plateau on atkins as I did on this diet and now that I have moved past it the weight is just falling off. I am so dam excited. Hope everyone else is having a smashing day.

Havent really been on plan really. Kinda been floating in between phase 1-3 for the past few days. Still got the scale to move a little so I am tickled about this. Took off from walking/running yesterday. Was just a little to sore to go. Hope everyone has a smashing day.

Made it to the track again this morning. After 3 miles yesterday however I only did 5 laps today which is 1 and 1/4 miles. I did however do something I have never done. In the 4th lap I ran both straight aways and only walked the curves. I am also down another .6lbs and this pleases me. Any loss is better then a gain. I will need strength tonight though since I am working the concession stand at my sons baseball field. I am a sucker for a pretzel with cheese. I am gonna stay strong though. Have a smashing day all.
