Well the fourth came and went with no damage. I am down another almost 2lbs and so damn excited. I am almost at a 30lb loss. I am .8lbs away from it so I am now getting very eager.

I finally made it into the 260's and I am tickled PINK.I still have quite a ways to go but am making progress and very happy about that. Have a SMASHING 4TH all.

I did it. I finally got the scale to move. I have been on fat smash since the end of march and I am down a grand total of .......... DRUM ROLL PLEASE...........26.8 lbs. Get out of here could that be. The scales dont lie according to the CFC bunch so I am taking it and running with it, literally. I am going to walk / run the track. What great motivation. Have a great day all.

Well Just got back from the track. I made it 5 times around and back to the car in 23 mins. I am so proud. that is 1 and 1/4 mile. Prolly not a good time for real athletes but for a all her life heavy girl this is a very big deal. I ran a little over 1 lap of it just as I did last time. This is the 2nd time I have done this and am hoping to be able to run a full mile by the time im done. But for now I will take what I can get. I love the walking/running, it seems like a much more productive work out for me then taebo. I sweat more, I am more tired , and more worked out then with taebo I believe. So we will see what the scale says in a few days. Hope everyone is having a smashing week.
