I never had very good eating habits growing up. My parents, like most parents, tried to get me to eat my veggies, but with limited success. I have a large sweet tooth and I am a sucker for french fries. I have been a little heavy for my height and lifestyle pretty much my entire life. Now that I'm in my 30's with two young kids, I want to make sure I'm taking charge of my health now instead of when it's too late.
