Hi. Eating at night was always a problem for me too. I solved it by brushing my teeth 30 minutes dinner. I still enjoy the taste of coffee for some time but if your mouth is fresh and minty you don't feel like eating so much. Give it a try. Anf good luck.

hi, I have a question: been on atkins since monday and lost 2.5 kilos but I have a hard time distinguishing carbs from net carbs. Are they the same? Because when I introduce what I ate in here it looks like a lot: 38 carbs! And on tkins.com they say we should substract the fiber but how do I know the fiber ???
