Will Power
Thanks. It is a start. I went to the pool today. It was recommended by my physiotherapist that I walk backwards and swim on my back. I was there for 25 minutes. By the end my back was getting a little sore. First day out since treatments.

Will Power
Will power. We all want it but some of us do not know how to get it. I myself have used it to quit smoking 18 months ago. If I had will power to do that, why do I not have will power to not eat foods I know are not good for me. I know I use food to comfort myself. That needs to change. I know that when my husband died I just lost it. I am still not out of that cloud and it is almost 5 years. Feels like yesterday. I have wasted so much time shutting off I do not know how to start again. How do I become happy? How do I start caring about myself again. I hope this will be a new start to begin living again. One day at a time I guess.
