I need to lose weight. My health is starting to suffer, by back hurts, I am terribly out of shape, I feel tired and worn down all the time. I am doing what I can on my own. I on't really have the time or the money to join a gym or weight watchers so for now I am trying to keep an eye on what I eat and make sure I get up a move a little more every day. I have even gone so far as to get up an hour and half early to get in some yoga and some walking. I hope to increase my routine a little bit every few weeks.
