This is excellent, I have been doing WW for several weeks now, but rarely track. I do check points though, and manage to stay low, but it is sooooo much better to T R A C K !!! Thanx for such a fun ...

Exactly what I need!
Ditto here! We've been successful in the past by writing down everything, but somehow that just manages to slip away as we get comfortable.
