I am very happy I found this web site and am using it for the week or so since I am on. I am on a diet since May and have lost about 25 lbs. I am going to the gym for the first time in my life and feeling much better
I get sad, when people who have not seen me in a while do not comment on my weight loss. Question
Why after a cheating fest of not very much my weight will swing by 2 lbs up ? I am not eating 2 pounds of food.
