performance: losing 2.7 lb a week
in 2008 I was up to 237 lbs I made a decission to change my lifestyle, not my "diet". I gave up sodas, starchy foods in moderation, and what carbs i eat would be complex carbs and not simple carbs. Since then i havent started back on sodas, I drink only water an occasional sugar free juice and I drink black coffee. The result is this is 2014 I'm 181 lbs on most days ive been lifting weights now for two years and can say ive traded fat weight for muscle weight. im actually the strongest ive been as an adult at 40 y/o. I do get the occasional craving for sodas but with Gods help i havent given in. I give all the glory for my success to God, for He and He alone has led me to this point.
