I am a 30 year old full-time father of two of the most beautiful little girls that you can imagine. I work in accounting and I'm also an ordained minister and aspiring author. Between my career, my ministry, and my family I stay pretty busy. But in my spare time I love to work out! Besides the physical benefits, I find that it's a great stress reliever, and mood regulator. I haven't had much success working out on my own, but with the help of some Beachbody home fitness programs like P90X,Insanity, and Chalean Extreme, I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm constantly setting new goals.
