so i know we are all pro atkins or low carb but i just got to share this my best friend went on atkins with me last week we have now cut her lantus from 85 units at bedtime to 55 units that in its self is fantastic reason for atkins!!! i am sooooo proud of her and what she is doing she is a great diet buddy and has really helped me to stay on trac!!!! doing big hugs and a happy dance for my best friend!!!

haven't been watching total carbs this time but net carbs will see how it goes but more than likly as last time i will end up reducing to total carb to keepp the weight loss going.. it has been a lot easier to stick this time having some one here doing it with me!!!!
